We’re excited to welcome members of the press, content creators, and community storytellers who want to help share the HellmouthCon experience.
Whether you’re part of a traditional media outlet, a podcaster, photographer, blogger, or active member of the fandom community, we value thoughtful coverage that reflects the spirit of the event.

We welcome applications from:

Approved applicants may receive a complimentary weekend pass to HellmouthCon.
This includes access to:

Panels and programming
-
Vendor hall (“Sunnydale Mall”)

General event activities
Please note:
Autographs, photo ops, and specialty experiences are not included and are available separately.
📝 Coverage Expectations
We’re not looking for perfection, we’re looking for participation.
If approved, we ask that you:

Share coverage before, during, or after the event

Credit HellmouthCon and Fandom Charities Inc. when appropriate
-
Tag or link to official channels when posting on social media
You’re free to create in your own voice and style.
🎤 Guest Interviews (Please Read Carefully)
We understand that interviewing guests is an important part of coverage for many media and content creators.
However, to respect our guests’ time, schedules, and personal boundaries, all interviews must be arranged in advance.
Interview Policy

All interview requests must be submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to the event

Not all guests will be available for interviews

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval

Interview availability is determined in advance based on guest schedules

During the Event

No interview requests will be accepted onsite

Do not approach guests for interviews at autograph tables, on campus, or during personal time

Only pre-approved, scheduled interviews may take place
This policy applies to all media, influencers, and content creators without exception.
📸 General Coverage Guidelines
To help create a positive experience for everyone:

Be mindful of lines and high-traffic areas

Always ask before recording individuals up close

Follow posted rules in autograph and photo areas

No live-streaming of panels or paid experiences

HellmouthCon is a fan-first, charity-driven event produced by Fandom Charities Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization.
Our goal is to create meaningful, intimate experiences while raising funds and awareness for charitable causes. Coverage that reflects that spirit is always appreciated.

Media applications for HellmouthCon 2026 are open through:
May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PDT
—or until all media credentials have been allocated, whichever comes first.
We encourage applying early, as space is limited.
