Autograph Row: What to Expect

🧭 How Autograph Row Works

Autographs and table selfies take place in the Sunnydale Mall (Main Gym).

Fans line up at each guest’s table to purchase autographs or selfies directly from the guest.

💳 Payment & Availability

Autograph and selfie pricing, availability, and payment methods vary by guest.

Please check posted information at each table for accepted payment types and current pricing.

Most guests offer 8x10 photos or will sign personal items. Selfie options, if available, are listed at the table.

Please note: There is currently no ATM available on campus. Some guests and vendors may accept cash only.

⏱️ Time with Guests

Autograph interactions are typically brief so that all fans have the opportunity to meet the guest.

If you’re looking for a more structured or extended experience, consider Fan Experiences.

⚠️ Guest Preferences

Some guests may choose not to sign certain items or may opt out of selfies.

Please refer to signage at the table for any restrictions.

Thank you for respecting each guest’s individual preferences.

🤝 Etiquette

  • Be respectful of the guest and their boundaries

  • Be mindful of others waiting in line

  • Follow staff directions to keep lines moving

Website Management

Website Management maintains the framework of FandomCharities.org, as well as any other domains we may use to make sure they stay up and running.

 

  • Works with other departments to make sure all info on our websites is up to date, and corrects any out of date info.

  • Makes sure all domains registrations are kept current and accurate.

  • Ensures that websites are running and applies technical updates as needed.

 

Most (if not all) of the work of this department is done year round, and does not require attendance at our events to complete the job.
