Autographs and table selfies take place in the Sunnydale Mall (Main Gym).

Each Photo Op ticket covers up to 2 adults and 3 children per photo. For larger groups, simply purchase an additional ticket so everyone can be included comfortably.

Photo Op Etiquette
To keep things running smoothly for everyone:

Personal photos and video are not permitted in the Photo Studio. Your Photo Op includes a professional photo and digital copy. Autographs are not part of Photo Ops and are handled separately at guest tables

Keep interactions brief and respectful of timing

Follow all staff instructions during your session

Props and small items are welcome, as long as they are quick to manage. Guest participation is optional, and some guests may prefer not to hold items

Props must not delay the line or require setup time

For comfort and consistency, please keep poses natural and hands visible (generally above the waist) unless the guest directs otherwise
How It Works On Site

Please arrive at the Photo Studio no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled session time

Lines open approximately 15 minutes prior, and early arrivals may be asked to return at the appropriate time

Have your ticket ready (printed or mobile)

Follow staff directions to keep the line moving efficiently

Photos are taken quickly, so be ready when it’s your turn

Personal photos and video are not permitted in the Photo Studio

Each Photo Op ticket includes one (1) 8x10 printed photo, available the same day, and digital copy.
Photo Op tickets can be purchased both online and on-site at the Photo Studio until they sell out.
Photo Op tickets bought at the event can be purchased by either credit card, Venmo, PayPal, or cash.
Space is limited, and Photo Ops are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Same-day photo op tickets are available for on-site purchase until 30 minutes prior to the scheduled session time. Excludes sold out sessions.
Photo Ops will go on sale in early June
We highly recommend pre-purchasing as sessions are limited and often sell out quickly due to time constraints.

What is a Photo Op (and what isn’t it)?
Photo ops are designed to give you a professional, high-quality photo with your favorite guest in a fast, organized setting.
Each photo is a quick experience, typically just a few moments, so that all fans have the opportunity to participate.
Photo ops are not intended for extended conversations or one-on-one time. If you’re looking for a more personal interaction, autograph sessions and Fan Experiences are the best options.

Can I purchase photo ops on-site?
Yes, if availability remains. Sessions may sell out, so pre-purchasing is recommended.
What happens if a photo op sells out?
Once a session is sold out, additional tickets may not be available. We recommend purchasing early to secure your spot.
Do I need to pay separately for autographs?
Yes. Autographs and selfies are purchased directly from guests at their tables.
Are photo ops refundable or transferable?
All sales are final unless otherwise noted. Please review policies before purchasing.

🎒 Before You Enter the Studio
Can I bring items into a photo op?
Some guests allow props or personal items, and some do not. This varies by guest and by session.
All items must be approved by staff on-site and must not slow down the line or interfere with other attendees. When in doubt, please check with the Photo Studio team before your session.
What should I have ready before entering the Photo Studio?
Please have your photo op ticket ready (phone or printed) for scanning before entering.
If you have items you do not want in your photo, such as bags or jackets, place them in the designated area before your turn.
📸 Inside the Studio
What happens inside the Photo Studio?
The Photo Studio is a fast-paced environment to ensure all fans get their moment. Staff will guide you through each step of the process.
It may be loud at times due to coordination between staff, so please stay attentive and follow instructions to keep everything running smoothly.

Posing & Interaction
Our team will guide positioning to keep things moving smoothly.
Please do not touch or reposition guests. Verbal requests for poses are welcome.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal without refund.
🖼️After Your Photo
When will I receive my photo?
Printed photos are typically available the same day. Digital copies are also included in the price, a link will be sent to you within two weeks of the event.
After Your Photo
Follow signs to the print pickup area.
Additional prints may be available on-site.
Retakes
If there’s a technical issue (e.g., blink, printing defect), notify staff immediately for a retake if the guest is still available.
Retakes are not offered for glasses glare.
