BRING THE FUN IN
Autographs, Photo Ops, Selfies, Oh My!
When guests aren't on a panel, Fan Experience, or the Photo Studio, they will be at their tables to meet fans and do autographs and selfies. While Photo Ops can be purchased online (so you don't run the risk of selling out), autos and selfies are paid directly to the guests at their tables. Look at each guest on this page to confirm how they are taking payment.
Most guests will have photos to autograph, or will autograph your item.
Remember to bring cash and credit cards (see each guest what payment they accept), there's no ATM on the campus.
Read the Photo Ops FAQ at the bottom of this page before purchasing.

What is a Selfie with Guest At a Convention?
A selfie with guest at a convention is an opportunity for fans to capture a personal and memorable moment with a celebrity or notable figure. Here’s what to expect:
-
Personal Photo: Unlike professional photoshoots, selfies are informal and taken with your own device, usually a smartphone.
-
Direct Interaction: You get a brief moment to interact with the celebrity as you take the photo at the guest's table.
-
Convenient and Quick: The process is usually quick, allowing you to capture a special memory.
-
Instant Keepsake: Since the photo is taken with your device, you have immediate access to your picture.
Remember to bring cash and credit cards (see each guest what payment they accept), there's no ATM on the campus.

Photo Op FAQ
HellmouthCon General Information
The following guidelines are designed to help you maximize your HellmouthCon photo op experience. Please ensure you read through this entire page, especially if you're new to the process or haven't participated in our photo ops before.
Also, please remember that all HellmouthCon staff are volunteers, including the photographer and his assistants. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as you wait in line.
What a Photo Op Is and Isn't
A photo op is a professionally taken photograph of you with the celebrity guest(s) for whom you've purchased a ticket. The photo is taken under optimal lighting conditions with a high-quality DSLR camera, and an 8×10" print is produced using professional dye-sublimation photo printers.
Please note, a photo op is not a meet and greet. The process is swift, with no time allocated for conversing with the guest(s). If you desire a brief chat with a celebrity, consider opting for an autograph session, which usually allows for more interaction.
Photo Op Tickets
Tickets for photo ops are added as guests and pricing are confirmed with their agencies and event promoters. This means tickets may be added throughout the online sales period. Prices are subject to change at any time. However, if you've already purchased a photo op ticket for a specific guest's solo or combo photo and the price increases, your ticket remains valid. In the case of new cast or grouping options being added and the price changing, you may have the opportunity to upgrade your ticket.
Purchasing Tickets at the Event
Photo op tickets bought at the event can be purchased either credit card or cash. If you prefer using a credit card, you can do so via the mobile ticket purchase page. Ensure the photo op you’re purchasing hasn't already occurred by checking the schedule.
Online Photo Op Tickets
You can either print the QR code for your tickets or display them on your phone. If using your phone, have the full QR code ready when you reach the front of the line. Pre-redeeming your QR code before entering the line at your scheduled time is not necessary.
The Photo Op Schedule
The schedule is posted approximately 1-2 weeks before the event. Check and recheck the schedule for any updates, indicated by a change in the revision number at the top right corner of the schedule.
Number of Fans per Photo
Each ticket allows for two adults and up to three children under 16. For additional adults or children, you need to purchase another photo op ticket.
Time Specific Tickets and Session Designations
Tickets are sold for specific sessions. Make sure to attend the correct session time as per your ticket to avoid delays and confusion. If you attempt to queue for a different session, you will be removed from the line.
Photo Op Queuing Process
Queues for a specific photo op open no more than 15 minutes before the start time. Arriving earlier will only add to your wait time and cause congestion and confusion. Follow the instructions from staff to ensure a smooth experience.
Photo Studio (inside Sunnydale Mall)
Before entering the studio, please have your ticket (phone or paper) ready for scanning and place any items you don't want in the photo (e.g., backpacks, jackets) on the table provided. Follow prompts from the staff to ensure a smooth and quick process. The Studio can be loud due to all the Sunnydale Mall activity and staff needing to communicate clearly, so please be attentive and cooperative.
Photo Op Booth Do's and Don'ts
Do:
-
Respect the guests and their limitations.
-
Be considerate of other fans in line.
-
Keep your hands above the waist.
-
Have your items ready to place outside the booth.
-
Have your ticket ready.
Don't:
-
Ask for autographs in the booth.
-
Take personal photos or videos.
-
Attempt to kiss the guest.
-
Expect more time with the guest than allotted.
Retake Policy
If you notice any issues with your photo (e.g., blinks, colored blotches), notify the staff immediately for a retake, provided the guest is still available. Retakes are not offered for glasses glare.
After Your Photo Op
Follow the marked path to the print pickup area, where staff will explain when your photo will be ready. For any add-ons like digital downloads ($10) from this website https://snapped4u.com/galleries/21066?page=3 or for on-site additional prints ($10) speak to the print station attendant to order.
Event Admission Tickets
Photo op tickets do not include event admission. Ensure you purchase an event admission ticket along with your photo op ticket.
Second-Hand Tickets
We do not support or provide assistance for tickets purchased second-hand. QR codes can only be scanned once, and refunds will not be given for counterfeit or previously used tickets.
Refund Information and Policies
-
General Refunds: Photo op and add-on tickets are non-refundable, except for cancellations by the celebrity guest, the event, or the specific photo op. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
